New Updates to our Live Smart 360 Support Site
We have added some new Live Smart 360 pdf files on the right hand side of this page under the “Downloadable PDF’s” section. The Business OverView file is a great tool for introducing new people to the structure of LiveSmart 360, especially at local group meetings. There is also a VIP Club file that shows you the benefits of being involved in the Travel Club.
We have also added a translator at the top right of this page that supports 40 of the top languages in the world. So now you can tell anyone in the world to check it out, and when they translate it to their language, they’ll be able to read our posts and comments in their language. This will be great support for anyone that is having trouble with the language barrier. The pdf files also translate to their language when this is used, but most of the files end up with words on top of each other, but the compensation chart shows up clear. I am still trying to find a solution to make the pdf files super clear. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
We put the translator on LiveFit360.org too. This site explains the LiveFit 360 product, and gives you the ability to ask John DeFendis questions about it.

I have been trying to print out a restaurant certificate, but keep running into glitches. I called the provided number and was told my certificate would be emailed to me in 24 hours. So, I’m waiting.

Updates to the Backoffice at Live Smart 360
There are 3 significant updates to your back office at Live Smart 360
- The correct title for your rank is now up, for example, if it says ASSC beside your rank, then you are an Associate. DIR is Director – SDIR is Senior Director – EXEC is Executive and so on. You can also look at your personally sponsored, and see what rank they have attained.
- Your Commissions should now be posted also, and showing the different amounts you have earned from week to week. Right now commissions are not including Smart Line earnings and Core Four earnings, this is something they are working on, and they should be posting soon.
- The Carryover Volume is now viewable. To see it, click on the “Commissions” link in the top navigation bar, and then click on the “Carryover Volume” on the left side navigation bar. This is where you can view the break down from week to week. If you have 3 tracking positions, then you can view your left side by clicking on “2″ beside Business Center, or click on “3″ to view your right side.

Posting my LiveSmart 360 page on Facebook and Tweeter
I’m having trouble posting my LiveSmart business on my facebook page. I need help with that. I called Friday, June 11th and left a message but haven’t received a return call yet. I want to post a tweet and on facebook.

Go to lockyourspot.com/yourusername, and at the bottom you’ll see where you can Tweet or Facebook the page.
If this doesn’t work, go to your Facebook or Tweeter account and post them manually. Once you are there, just post your Live Smart 360 page on there with your username at the end like this:
http:// livesmart360.com/yourusename
After you do this, click on the link you posted, so you can make sure you typed it right. You should see your name on the page.

How can I view my smartline at LiveSmart360
How can I show the people I have signed up how many people are in their downline “smartline” like the way the “Old Lock Your Spot” used to?

Go to lockyourspot.com/yourusername and click on the “Member Login” button and fill in your username and password, and you should be able to view it from there.
If you have changed your password in your back office, and it doesn’t work on lockyourspot, then try using the original password that was sent to you when you joined.

It looks like they are having a little bit of trouble with integrating that with your back office. Give it a couple of more days, and they should have it fixed.
