I wanted to make a video on this, but I can not figure out how to blur everyone’s name out for their privacy. So I will try to explain this as thoroughly as possible.
First you need to write down the names in your downline that have purchased. You can check this by going to your back office and clicking on the “Personally Sponsored Report”, which is under the “Genealogy” link when you place your mouse over it.

When you open the personally sponsored report, you will see a chart with this at the top:
The “Join Date” column is when they signed up, but the “Last Order Date” column is when they purchased. So write down the names that have purchased, and then click on “Graphical Genealogy”, which is also under the Genealogy link, you can see it in the top picture.
After this page pulls up, you’ll see your name at the top of the graph in a box with legs branching off both sides. The boxes below you are going to either have names in it, or it will say “Available” at the top, and “Place from Holding Tank” at the bottom like this picture shows:
Click on the “Place from Holding Tank” link at the bottom of the box, and this will take you to another page of your downline names. This page does not tell you whether they have purchased or not, that is why I had you write the names down earlier. Now click on the circle beside the name that you want placed there, and it will take you to what looks like a blank page. THIS IS THE IMPORTANT STEP! The page is not blank, if you scroll that page to the right, you will see two choices – “Confirm” or “Cancel”. If you are absolutely sure you clicked on the correct person, and have them in the correct place in your downline, then click Confirm.
If you are not sure, then click Cancel, and do the procedure all over again, and double check yourself. If your not sure where the best place is to put your downline, then call your sponsor, and ask them. This is an important step, and you need to know what you are doing in placing your downline.
As far as the “Available” link is concerned on the “Graphical Genealogy” page. This is what you click on if you have a new member signing up, and purchasing. It will take you to a new form where you can fill out all their info, and which package they want. This is perfect for when you are having meetings, presentations, etc.. because you can sign them up instantly, and not have to fill out a paper application!

Go to lockyourspot.com/yourusername, and at the bottom you’ll see where you can Tweet or Facebook the page.
If this doesn’t work, go to your Facebook or Tweeter account and post them manually. Once you are there, just post your Live Smart 360 page on there with your username at the end like this:

After you do this, click on the link you posted, so you can make sure you typed it right. You should see your name on the page.
