I have been trying to print out a restaurant certificate, but keep running into glitches. I called the provided number and was told my certificate would be emailed to me in 24 hours. So, I’m waiting.

Actually, I have chatted with Melissa, the tech support. She says there is something in the compensation plan for the non-recruiters. If a member purchases products and pay $14.99 very month, he/she will be entitled to earn from the Smartline. She laid it out to me in simple words. I was hoping someone here knows about it.

I was hoping Livesmart360 is a “No-Sponsoring Required” biz. Is it possible to earn without recruiting?

I’ve been unable to reach my sponsor so I’m hoping to find answers to some of my questions here.
(1) I would like to know if the replicated site we’re supposed to get is the livesmart360.com/username website. I’m just wondering where to send my customers to order online.
(2) I would also like to know more about placing our personals in our downline. What if you go to place one of your personals at the top of your right leg and yet there is already someone there who is spillover from your sponsor. What do you do then? I haven’t been able to get a clear answer on this so far.

The username you signed up with is what you put after livesmart360.com/
Type it into the address bar, and open it up, and you should see your name on the home page. Send your customers there, and tell them to click on products, and they will be able to choose what product/s they want to purchase.Your sponsor should be working with you as a team on where your personals go, and where they place there personals under you. If there is already someone there, I don’t believe you’ll be able to move them. Can you place your personals on the left side?

How can I tell if I am on OAP? I ordered it last night and then placed a product order and am unsure if it was applied to OAP. I will be placing another order tomorrow and want to make sure these orders are going toward OAP.
Also is personal BV carried forward to the next month once you reach your minimum requirement?-

Go to your back office, and click on the “My Orders” tab in the navigation bar. This will show all your orders here. Now click on the “My Orders” link on the left hand side. This page breaks it down more, and you’ll see on the chart towards the right where it has OAP. This is where it will have “Y” or “N” for yes or no for each order.
As far as the BV carried forward, it has been mentioned in a conference call that they will rollover to the next month.

It looks like they are having a little bit of trouble with integrating that with your back office. Give it a couple of more days, and they should have it fixed.
