It looks like they are having a little bit of trouble with integrating that with your back office. Give it a couple of more days, and they should have it fixed.

Go to lockyourspot.com/yourusername, and at the bottom you’ll see where you can Tweet or Facebook the page.
If this doesn’t work, go to your Facebook or Tweeter account and post them manually. Once you are there, just post your Live Smart 360 page on there with your username at the end like this:
http:// livesmart360.com/yourusename
After you do this, click on the link you posted, so you can make sure you typed it right. You should see your name on the page.

Go to lockyourspot.com/yourusername and click on the “Member Login” button and fill in your username and password, and you should be able to view it from there.
If you have changed your password in your back office, and it doesn’t work on lockyourspot, then try using the original password that was sent to you when you joined.

The username you signed up with is what you put after livesmart360.com/
Type it into the address bar, and open it up, and you should see your name on the home page. Send your customers there, and tell them to click on products, and they will be able to choose what product/s they want to purchase.

Your sponsor should be working with you as a team on where your personals go, and where they place there personals under you. If there is already someone there, I don’t believe you’ll be able to move them. Can you place your personals on the left side?

Go to your back office, and click on the “My Orders” tab in the navigation bar. This will show all your orders here. Now click on the “My Orders” link on the left hand side. This page breaks it down more, and you’ll see on the chart towards the right where it has OAP. This is where it will have “Y” or “N” for yes or no for each order.

As far as the BV carried forward, it has been mentioned in a conference call that they will rollover to the next month.
